The Rogers Firm provides assistance to individuals, executors, administrators, conservators, and attorneys in the preparation of required accounting as part of the administration of an estate or conservatorship. Examples of court required accounting in probate administration, both estate and guardianship/conservatorship, are the Annual Return, Inventory Report, and Asset Management Plan. The Rogers Firm has extensive experience in reviewing, organizing, and inspecting mounds of paperwork and receipts and reducing it to a format that is accepted by the Probate Courts in Georgia.
