WHO IS THE ROGERS FIRM?
C. Nicole Roth Rogers earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University. She is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst certified by the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts and a Mediator registered with the State of Georgia's Office of Dispute Resolution. She has over twenty years experience working as a litigation paralegal in the Atlanta area. Nicole has extensive experience assisting Atlanta's top attorneys in high asset and contested custody divorce cases, contested probate cases, and general civil cases. Nicole began her paralegal career while studying at KSU and working in immigration law. Nicole has presented on the topics of family law and probate accounting at the Institute of Continuing Legal Education's Urgent Legal Matters Seminar. Nicole has been published in the IDFA's Divorce Financial Analysts Journal as well as the State Bar of Georgia's Family Law Review.
In 2016, Nicole decided to offer her services using her education and experiences, both personal and working as a paralegal, to assist individuals in resolving their divorce matters without spending time and money in a courtroom. Nicole also wanted to focus her time on assisting families work through the probate process and assist with the preparation of required accounting returns and reports in the Probate Courts in the State of Georgia. This led to the founding of The Rogers Firm, LLC in May of 2016. Since opening The Rogers Firm, Nicole has provided expert testimony in divorce cases in the State of Georgia and has mediated over forty divorce cases of varying complexities. After spending twenty years working in law in Atlanta, Nicole is able to refer mediation clients to reputable professionals when answers are needed to questions specific to each mediation. Nicole's style and method in divorce mediation has resulted in total settlement in all cases except two since she began mediating. Nicole continues to provide contract paralegal and litigation support services in complex legal actions to attorneys who are members of the State Bar in their respective state.
Nicole lives in Cobb County and enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, and two dogs. Nicole
managed the care of her mother who fought breast cancer for a decade as well as caring for and serving as the Guardian and Conservator to her late grandmother who suffered from dementia. Nicole is a breast cancer previvor and is active in the support and research to prevent hereditary breast and ovarian cancer with FORCE, Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered, as well as spreading awareness about the harm of breast implants.
